Percy's Locator Kit

Changes:

• As announced in a previous changelog (1.21.10V1), the triggers have been removed from this datapack. All functionality has been moved to the items introduced in that version.
• You can now write both a colour and a style to the Waypoint Note at the same time.
• Items now behave slightly closer to vanilla items.
• Updated to Minecraft 26.1
• Small performance improvements.
