ParCool Auto Limitation Datapack
Automatically disables every Parcool ability for each player using advancements, as soon as the player joins the game.

Only tested on 1.20.1, but might work on other versions as I don't believe there are any changes besides datapack version number.
It's a little rough around the edges but it should work fine.
