Overgeared Recipes

Added resourcepack translations for new blueprint types
    - Requires manual configuration, see Configuration section in Description.
Added support to Spartan Shields, Spartan Weaponry and Spartan Weaponry: Ice And Fire
    - Stone, Obsidian and Lapis variants not included as these are stones, not metal.
    - Mekanism shields not supported.
    - Spartan Weaponry and Ice and Fire arrows and bolts added as Fletching recipes.
        - Netherite arrows are still made the same way
        - New recipes added rather than replacing them (even iron and diamond arrows which Overgeared already adds)
        - Using Fletching recipes is slightly more advantageous
