Added 2 click system (sorta)

Read below before using!!

Well I have tried doing the 2 click system for months, but it has never worked out, and I still have yet to find a way of truly making it activate in 2 clicks.

- Added delay to the fishing rods so you can click fast (2 times) and it will look like it works on the 2nd click.

This is buggy right now. and we are trying to fix it.

Known Bugs:

• if you switch from fishing rod before the rod activates, it will clear the item you switch to
