Added new sub-check XCarry to Combined.Exploit [+]

Fixed various false positives:

• TickStride.MorePackets with pants enchanted with Swiftsneak Level > 3 (Legacy)
• Riding a minecart on a constant incline
• Standing on more than two boats, exiting a boat mid-air
• Swimming up in lava while minecarts are nearby
• Movement.TickStride when a player is hit with an item enchanted with Knockback Level > 2 (Legacy)
• Mace: Fight.Criticals, Windburst Enchantment
• End Crystal Knockback
• Warden Laser/Warden Attack
• Wind Charged Status Effect
• Bow shots with Punch enchantment
• Ram attacks from goats
• Boosting with camels
• Fishing rod player pulling (not Munchhausen)
• Crossbow shots using fireworks as projectiles
• Using Wind Charge near climbable blocks
• Some race conditions when enabling/disabling Net.Appropriate
• Fireballs
• Latency-induced false positives under extremely poor network conditions in Blockplace.Appropriate (LTL 0 required for now, further testing needed)
• Riding donkeys

Important system variable is now always reset, not just when the Net.Appropriate check is enabled

All types of air are now considered

PlayerRespawnS2CPacket/Alive in the Net.UnfittingPacket check has been temporarily disabled for evaluation

Kill punishment for Net.UnfittingPacket check fails has been disabled
