No Piglin Brutes

• Updated for 1.21 through 1.21.8

Changes:

• Piglin brutes are now teleported to y -10000 to avoid issues with datapacks/mods that change the lower limit of the world.
• The number of piglin brutes that have been removed from your world is now visable via the PiglinBrutesKilled scoreboard objective.
• Files have been reorganized, with the teleportation of the piglin brutes now taking place in npb:kill instead of npb:tick.
