No More Forever Projectiles

1.2.0 (Bolt Rewrite)

• Rewrite whole project in bolt
• Add breeze_wind_charge (I forgot it before 💀)
• Each type now has their own get distance function, which should be faster and just as maintainable because bolt generates it all
• Bolt generates the functionality for each projectile type automatically, so adding a new one is a one line change now
• Fix my upgrade path for killing the old origin item display, I was misusing lantern load 😖
• Add publishing pipeline
