No Invisibility Particles

This datapack removes the particle effects when using any type of invisibility, including drinkable potions, splash potions, tipped arrows, and lingering potions.

wearing armor and running still makes particles so that invisibility isn't too overpowered. when splashing invisibility on mobs, it also makes them completely invisible.
