• Tweaks .desc to the enchantment descriptions.
• Added ..<resource_location>.desc to the enchantment descriptions.
• Striker and Wind Propulsion translate key was wrong. Changed from minecraft namespace to enchantplus namespace.
• Reordered translations keys for better development experience.
