Regenerate the translation key using the 1.5 version of the pokespe character achievement file, as Fyre520 has made some modifications.
Add the key values for the 3 comic characters from Diamond, Platinum, and Pearl to the language file.
Add translation keys and language files for the 16 Trainers of Team Aqua and Team Magma.
