Mine Treasure 1.6 - Revamped Settings Update

New settings menu! /function mt:settings have been revamped similar to that of the Infintiy Cave settings menu.

Now uses the new dialog system, and is much, much cleaner and easier to navigate, also negates the command warning screen after each click.
Added Vanilla Mode, disables all custom items from appearing in treasures, except for charms (also disables mythical treasures because, yeah no vanilla items in there).

Removed the "disable x charm" settings.
Barbaric Axe/Rift Axe/Ice Sword can no longer be spam-clicked to do the custom attack, now has a cooldown of 10 ticks on hit.
Added Honey Blocks to the Legendary Lush Caves Treasure loot table.
Player who now have logged out when changing rates should now update their rates according to the server.
