Adds mannequins in survival mode! Change their look and give them movement!

- Optimized presets
- Changed recording to only save actions that are different from last actions
- Changed recording/playback so teleport and rotate can be used instead of data insertion
- Added frame tracking per mannequin
- Now only plays mannequin animation if a player is within a 32 block radius (animation doesn't pause, just doens't display)
