Adds mannequins in survival mode! Change their look and give them movement!

- added model size defaults for default textures (steve defaults to wide now)
- added ability to name mannequin through interaction and set that name as its skin
- added relative presets (look and pace)
- added chat controls for recording (allows delayed start)
- added ability to record just pos, motion, rotation, or pose
- added relative play
- added default invulnerability and option to change this
