- overhauled the generation of mountains and continents (again)
- readded mushroom islands
- added a new glacial valley type
- chunk-gen speeds should be significally faster now
- tweaked the new caves a bit
- changed the placement of swamps & mesas
- fixed river biomes not generating in some cases
- fixed beach biomes sometimes being "flooded"
- fixed caves generating incorrectly when above y=241
