Light Anvil
This mod replaces the expensive vanilla anvil recipe with a much cheaper version using iron ingots and only a single iron block for Minecraft 1.21.11.

Renamed recipe to recipes to comply with the 1.21.4+ standards.
Renamed advancement to advancements for full compatibility with newer Minecraft logic.
Pack Format Elevation
Updated base pack_format to 61 (Native for 1.21.4).
Expanded supported_formats range (61-80) to ensure the pack remains "green" (compatible) for all updates up to 1.21.11 and into the future.
