Less Crafting
Remove duplicate crafting recipes to decrease the over-utilization of the crafting table. Why use a crafting table when you should be using the stonecutter?

- remove any crafting recipe that can be done in a stone cutter
- remove item repair in crafting table (anvil/grindstone instead)
- remove map duplication in crafting table (cartography table instead)
