A simple datapack. It reduces lag by removing items dropped on the ground every 5 minutes.

New Features:
- Every 5 minutes, the hostile mobs have been deleted (except the wither, ender dragon, elder guardian, endermites and all types of pillagers).
- If you use a nametag called "protect" on a any mob, you make that mob protected of 5-minutes delete.
