Added new recipes:

• Convert Mushrooms into their respective Blocks
• Blasting Cobbled Deepslate to Deepslate
• Deepslate Stonecutting
• Shapeless Bread, Paper, and Shulker Boxes
• Craft Clay Blocks back to Clay Blobs
• Craft Quartz Blocks back to Quartz
• Convert Melon Slices to a Melon

Minor code fix ups

This datapack now works starting from version 1.19 to the latest version of Minecraft (1.21.4).
