- Make pack descriptions translatable.
- Added pack icon to resource pack. (I forgot to copy it over from the data pack!)

- Use custom namespace (instead of
minecraft) forsounds.jsonandlang/en_us.json. - Fix mistake in resource pack description and shorten decriptions for both packs.
