Added Basic Cast Spell (Activated with shift left click)
Added Protego Functionality (ex: Protego blocks incoming basic casts)

Added Ability to add spells to the spell wheel out of operator, making the datapack fully survival compatible
Added Cooldown to settings menu, so you can't reopen it to fast and accidentally open it twice.
Added Reset Player Data button to settings men
Added Cooldown sounds when player tries to activate a spell on cooldown: - added to Protego and Lumos

Fixed Lumos breaking in multiplayer
Fixed spell wheel not resetting in multiplayer
Fixed spell wheel wands breaking spell wheel (does not fix if you shift - drag click wands into inventory with mouse tweaks mod or inventory profiles next mod)
