Adds a custom OP sword crafted from end-game items

- Updated to 1.21.x
- Removed Health Boost effect (too OP)
- Removed pre-applied enchantments (too OP)
- Removed recipe book craft (God Sword now appears in the crafting table)
- Changed advancement name and xp reward when crafting the sword for the first time
- Advancement now shows in advancement screen with "Withering Heights" as a parent
- Added "Epic" rarity
