Reworks Fortune to not increase the amount of drops, but instead increase the chances of getting more drops.

- Gold Ore now has normal drop rates without Fortune's increase.
- This change was tailored for my own server, where Chainmail was craftable with Iron Nuggets and Ingots, this meant that gold became less valuable, even without this change in mind, and so this change was reverted.
