-Small nerf to sea serpents damage to account for wearing the fisherman's gear -Sea serpent body slightly slowed down -Adjusted some live catch rarities on biome-specific mobs -Added several new crates to the bounty hunter loot tables (1.21 new update) -Updated tracking method to not use mounting of the bobber -Updated attributes to not use the generic. prefix -Added pack overlay to keep compatability with older versions
