Enchantments through Carpet

Added the main datapack. It supports enchantment through:

• Carpets
• Amethyst Buds
• Candles
• Lanterns
• Torches
• Slabs
• Stairs
• Signs (on walls)
• All variants of glass and glass panes, except tinted glass.
• Snow
