I just realized I completely misread this section:

If you wanted to add a new move to the moves list, you'd have to rewrite the entire move list. If you only write the one new move, it will be the only move that Pokémon can learn. Somehow I interpreted it as the opposite of its meaning, but I just realized the movepools in the gen1 files are ruined, so I gotta make 7v2 as soon as possible. So much or working on gen2 today...
