DaBsu-Dialog Batch Spawner Utils

Now nominally supports 1.21.6 ~ 1.21.8 Fixed some minor text issues and typo

There are 2 versions of it. The With_Quick_Action version adds a quick dialog window that can be called by pressing G or through the pause menu. However if your map also uses this then you should fall back using the standard version.
