DaBsu-Dialog Batch Spawner Utils

• Now supports both 1.21.6 and 1.21.7
• Added a warning message to show when people open this data pack in versions below 1.21.5

There are 2 versions of it. The With_Quick_Action version adds a quick dialog window that can be called by pressing G or through the pause menu. However if your map also uses this then you should fall back using the standard version.
