DaBsu-Dialog Batch Spawner Utils

Fix issue that the value of completed objects on bossbar display is double the actual value.

There are 2 versions of it. The With_Quick_Action version adds a quick dialog window that can be called by pressing G or through the pause menu. However if your map also uses this then you should fall back using the standard version.
