The white box that temporarily appeared when interacting with the cookbook no longer appears
Added 2 new buttons to the cookbook that skip you to the next or previous undiscovered recipe page
Added custom models that are displayed when the cookbook and distiller book are placed on lecterns
Added a "take book" button to the cookbook and distiller book GUI when they're placed on lecterns
Added a new "dynamic command feedback" setting, which will disable the chat output from interacting with the cookbook when the cookbook is open
Added extra knife variants for other materials
Added 7 new plated food models
Moved the "coffee bean" recipe page to the staple section of the cookbook
Fixed an issue where certain blocks could be duplicated when placed
Fixed an issue where cooking pots would drop hoppers when placed on top of a hopper
Fixed an issue where the player setup function sometimes wouldn't execute properly on specific server setups
