Create: Renewable Zeiton

An addon for Tardis Refined and Create for a renewable way to produce Zeiton. To produce, you put Fool's Stone into a crushing wheel setup, and there is a 5% chance Zeiton Nuggets will be produced, and a 50% chance you get regular Stone back.
