Introducing CraftedInks

Craft together 6 coal (or charcoal) with a bit of paper to produce 6 black dye. Bind 6 black dye into a pouch with some paper, dried kelp, or leather to create an ink sac

There are some other recipies too - making string from wool, or leather from rotten flesh (in a furnace).

But why are the recipies not efficient? I thought it was only fair that this easier method wasn't as effective as the vanilla one. But to be honest I just made this pack for my own server so, feel free to tweak it for your own :)
