Makes dead mobs persist. Corpses stick around a configurable amount of time and may be consumed(configurable) by certain mobs.

- Fixed this bug; Inspecting another player with the spyglass causes that player to see their own inspection, instead of you know.. the one that actually inspects them? How annoying
