Makes dead mobs persist. Corpses stick around a configurable amount of time and may be consumed(configurable) by certain mobs.

I was lingering on adding this during a conversation with a friend(topic mostly unrelated), but since it was literally 3 lines of code I did it in about 3 minutes, enjoy!
- Added the ability to drag corpses by sneaking.
