Makes dead mobs persist. Corpses stick around a configurable amount of time and may be consumed(configurable) by certain mobs.

This one's MUCH more comfortable than the previous one
- Changed the dragging range to be lenient enough in distance(from distance=..1.25 to distance=..1.9), so just barely less than 2 blocks
- Fixed a minor bug relating to the configs playing the wrong sound when clicked
