Corpses persist [Pet revival :D]

Makes dead mobs persist. Corpses stick around a configurable amount of time and may be consumed(configurable) by certain mobs.

In my attempt to optimize the whole thing, I accidentally removed an "at" which made the whole consumption thing stop working.

Added a "Coroner" tag, given to mobs by throwing a spyglass at them. These 'coroners' can discover corpses just like you. Do what you will with that
FIXED consumption not working

Hopefully this is the last you'll see of an actual update on this thing besides updating to new versions
