Corpses persist [Pet revival :D]
Makes dead mobs persist. Corpses stick around a configurable amount of time and may be consumed(configurable) by certain mobs.

In my attempt to optimize the whole thing, I accidentally removed an "at" which made the whole consumption thing stop working.
- Added a "Coroner" tag, given to mobs by throwing a spyglass at them. These 'coroners' can discover corpses just like you. Do what you will with that
- FIXED consumption not working
Hopefully this is the last you'll see of an actual update on this thing besides updating to new versions
