Corpses persist [Pet revival :D]

Makes dead mobs persist. Corpses stick around a configurable amount of time and may be consumed(configurable) by certain mobs.

Oh how ironic.

Fixed a bug surrounding the BRUSH this time NOT resetting the "cleanup" score counter, resulting in automatically cleaning every nearby dead mob, how annoying :/

Basically, two scoreboard reset commands had the same bug, and I only fixed one of them the first time, now I have to upload a FOURTH version of this just for that
