All copper chests, no matter their stage of oxidation or waxed status, become ingots
Lightning rods (all variants, waxed and unwaxed) and spyglasses become ingots
Copper tools become copper nuggets
Copper chains, bars and lanterns, no matter their variant or waxed state, become nuggets
