- Reduced Phenomenon spawn rate.
- Added configuration options. You can now disable Combo's, make it so that it require a right click to encounter, disable combo messages, and disable combo bonuses.
- Do /opendialogue phenomenon_config "username" to open config!
- Fixed bug where when a player loses combo, it effects others nearby.
