Balance

• Chances of finding an Iota Pokemon are now 1/200

• IVs for HP and Speed are now randomized in a certain range (HP 0-5 and Speed 27-31)

• Iota sizing is now based on the Pokemon's base size categorized in Small Medium and Large

  • Smaller pokemon will shrink by a smaller amount and larger pokemon will shrink way more (size scaling is ranges from 33-66%)
  • Pokemon with the mini and iota mark are even smaller than iota!

Misc & Fixes

• Eye glow effect now applies to multi-eyed(and headed?) Pokemon

• Glowing effect can now only be seen from up to 30 blocks away

• Pokemon now play their cry animation during when the boost particle effect plays

• Fixed boost animation not playing when nearby

• Tweaked particle effects
