added support for ice brick slabs - they become rotated bricks or polished when chiseled

desaturated chiseled cinnabar blocks to diffrenciate it from concrete

added a netherite chisel (it does nothing)

changed 23 unchiseled blocks to not be directional from above/below, instead of a straight line now they have a ✜ shape

changed concrete textures to bricks when unchiseled and polished when chiseled

unchiseled black concrete in a fully black block (#000000) and chiseling it makes it fully white (#FFFFFF)
