Removed the enchantment effect for crafted double slabs and shortened their names:
Double
Slab --> Unchiseled Chiseled Double
Slab --> Chiseled
Texture pack changes (1.2):
- Made slab items with type=double look same as when placed down.
- Waxed double slab items have an icon to diffrenciate them.
