Better Ender Eye Recipe (BEER)

This update includes bugfixes and preparation for the "Settings"-UI

• Fixed bug that still let you craft teh ender eye with the vanilla recipe

  This bug happend because Vanilla recipes have a higher prority than custom ones. Since my attempt at removing the vanilla recipe was just overriding it with a custom one, the vanilla Recipe would still work.

  This has now been fixed by stopping the recipe from loading in the first place by excluding it in he mcmeta file:

• Fixed bug that stopped the loading message from appearing due to a misconfiguration in the load.json file.

• Preparation for the new Dialog-Driven GUI.
