• First version of AutoTree

Changes that were made before releasing

• Added Onground nbt check to allow breaking of saplings by the player
• Switched to block tags for better performance.
• Added a scoreboard to detect if sapling was successfully replaced

Edit: If you're here for some reason, just for your information, this datapack was originally named AutoPlant, but I focused more on auto-planting tree saplings, so I renamed it AutoTree.
