CONTENT UPDATE

• Added new Galeforce Staff.
• Added new Tectonic Staff.
• Buffed damage numbers on Blizzard Staff's Shatter (right click) spell.
• Reduced cooldown time on Blizzard Staff's Shatter (right click) spell.
• Blizzard Staff's Shatter (right click) spell now removes Slowness effect from the user.
• Reworked Voltaic Staff's Charge (right click) spell to continue for as long as right click is held instead of pulsing five times after a click.
• Added Spanish translation for staff names. Translation for advancements is yet to be implemented, but is planned.
